This is a BYOV (bring your own vegetables) class. Please bring 1 head of GREEN cabbage, 1 cucumber, 1 half gallon mason jar along with a knife, a cutting board, and a BIG bowl.

Dinner will be provided along with a tasting table with fermented selections to try.
